Hey mommas! Let’s be real for a minute. Trying to stay natural, eat organic, and eliminate processed foods from our daily lives isn’t always the easiest thing to do! But for anyone who has done any research on this, you know that eating all organic provides more beneficial nutrients, packs your body full of antioxidants, and considerably lowers the amount of pesticides that enter our system. It’s also a great way to reduce your body’s total toxic burden.
Some days —I’m not even kidding when I say— I just don’t have the energy for it. But of course that is when I “just happen” to run across another article linking different ailments, diseases and more to what we so often put in our bodies.
The truth is even when we realize the benefit eating and using organic products is for our body we can still struggle to realize how many of our every day products we need to be aware of. And sometimes we can put all of the wrong stuff in our bodies but for all of the right reasons! I can remember when my oldest son (who is now 14) was just a young one, I would often buy different over the counter cold remedies to help with coughs and runny noses. And then a few years later, these same products were taken off of the shelves completely because of the awful side affects.
